I too, have really enjoyed this frother. Like Susan, I no longer have to go to Starbucks for my Cappucino fix.
I have just two negative issues with this product:
1) The opaqueness of the milk container makes it a little difficult to see how much milk I have poured in. A clear container would be much more convenient.
2) If you even once spill milk down into the start button, your machine will be ruined. I now remove the container from the motor before pouring in milk.
